In December of 2021, Ryko was acquired by WesTower Communications Ltd. a strategic addition to WesTower’s wireline construction and maintenance services offering in Western Canada. Brad’s twenty-five plus years in the cable industry has laid the foundation for his knowledge in the utilities construction industry and his ability to identify the needs of the customer. Brad’s understanding of the cable industry is an integral part in assessing the requirements and skills essential to deliver a quality project.

Blair Russell
Partner
Blair has over twenty-two years of experience in IT and telecom industries. His extensive project and team management experience provides Ryko with the structure to ensure that customer needs are met.
As the telecommunication industry becomes more IT reliant, Blair’s experience and knowledge in the IT industry positions Ryko to adapt to the changing needs in the
telecommunication industry.
Drew Malanik
Drilling Division
Drew has over sixteen years of experience in heavy equipment operations. Through his experience he has become an expert in excavating and directional drilling with extensive experience managing projects and crews.
Drew manages our south Saskatchewan underground crews ensuring quality and efficiency of our work.
With his vast knowledge he is able to troubleshoot any underground issues that come up during a project and is able to guide our employees in safety and advance their skills.
Corbin Dunford
Fibre Placement and Splicing
Corbin has over thirteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry. With his extensive knowledge and experience in fibre optics, he trains and mentors employees and manages the pulling/aerial and splicing crew’s workflow.
Corbin plays an integral part in upholding Ryko’s high standards in work and safety for our customers while building and maintaining a good working relationship with clients.
